Determine the proper course of action when receiving suspect tech devices, emails, and web links

Instructor:
Jolita officially retired from the U.S. Navy in 2009. She earned her real estate license and broker's licenses in 2005 and 2006 with her instructor's certification immediately after. She has taught pre and post licensure for sales and brokers for several Florida schools. She also worked as a community association manager earning her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) in 2017. She has also created classes to award Continuing education to both real estate and community association managers at one session.
Jolita lives in Jacksonville Florida and volunteers with the Retired Activities Office at the Naval Air Station which serves over 10,000 military retirees in the area by assisting with pay, survivor benefits, military funerals, and referrals for other needs. She lives with her husband Dan and three dogs, Rosita, Chacha, and Rocky.
