COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Nearly every aspect of a REALTORS day involves communication. This course provides students with the ability to not only learn but to practice techniques that are research-based and field-tested. The material has been designed to foster enhanced interpersonal relationships at all levels of the REALTOR experience.
OBJECTIVES:
Develop the most professional and effective business style possible by fine-tuning how they communicate with others in their roles as REALTORS
Interactive, hands-on, and realistic scenarios and techniques to engage participants in a "learn by doing" environment.
Instructor: Stephanie White
Stephanie is the CEO of the Mobile Area Association of Realtors. She has been in Real Estate since 1995 and has served in multiple cities in Florida as a Realtor, Broker, Owner, Education Director, and Real Estate Instructor. Stephanie has served on or chaired many committees and in many leadership roles on a local and statewide level. She remains involved in RPAC and the Women's Council of Realtors, as well as maintaining her education and designations relevant to our profession.
Stephanie is passionate about teaching and helping agents and brokers have that "aha" moment when they realize there may be a better way to skin that cat. She teaches from experience, having worn so many hats in this profession. Using an interactive approach while teaching, she connects with the audience. She brings experience, knowledge, and humor to the classroom. Stephanie brings tested, consistent quality to your Association.
