Description

This class will go over the various tools available to you in the MLS to make you an expert in your hyperlocal market(s). Tools include Market Watch, Hot Sheets, My Favorite Search, iMapp Market Statistics, Matrix Market Stats, and Matrix Market Reports.

There is a disconnect in real estate in that consumers are looking for agents with hyper-local expertise, while agents tend to cast wider nets. This session will go over the various tools available to you in the MLS to make you an expert in your hyperlocal market(s). Topics include Market Watch, Hot Sheets, My Favorite Search, iMapp Market Statistics, Matrix Market Stats, and Matrix Market Reports. We will also cover various techniques in analyzing the composition of your market and determining what drives value!

The Association parking lot and entrance are located at the rear of the building. Access is located off of S. Iowa Ave and Citrus Ln. Public parking is also available at Hollis Gardens on Orange St. located directly across from the Association.
