Join us on June 27–28 as we showcase properties throughout Polk County and surrounding cities.

This large-scale marketing event, put on in conjunction with NAR's National Home Ownership Month, is designed to help showcase our members’ open houses across Polk County and drive more visibility to participating listings throughout the weekend.

Agent & Listing Information

Our event website will include an Agents section connected to participating listings. To ensure your information displays correctly, please make sure your headshot and bio are updated in Stellar MLS.

Participants should also verify that their open house information is entered correctly in Stellar MLS to ensure accurate event marketing and website display.

Don’t miss this opportunity to gain additional exposure for your listings and connect with buyers during one of the biggest open house weekends in the area!

Members who register by June 15, 2026, will receive:

REALTOR® trademark balloons provided by NAR
An Open House yard sign branded for the event (different from our Realtor® Store signs)
A customizable social media template to promote your open house using your name, headshot, and branding Participating open houses will also be featured on a dedicated event website showcasing homes and agents participating throughout the weekend as well as other marketing methods like social media ads and exposure in local newsletters and calendars.

Important Details

There is no limit to the number of open houses you may register. This event includes listings throughout Polk County. If your listing is outside of Polk County, please email Nina at nlovell@lakelandrealtors.org no later than June 21 at 12:00 PM so we can determine if your listing can be included through zip code targeting. REALTOR® balloons and yard signs must be picked up at the LR office during office hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) on June 25 & 26.
